Dr. Nyree Dardarian

Dr. Nyree is an expert in the field of sports nutrition and wellness. An award-winning educator and TEDx speaker, Dr. Nyree has traveled extensively to the world’s Blue Zones – regions where people live to be 80+ years of age and have the lowest rates of chronic disease in the world. She studies their secrets of longevity, including moderation, mindful eating and shared meals, and translates them into actionable insights.
Dr. Nyree is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Nutrition Sciences at Drexel University and Director of the Center for Nutrition & Performance (CNP). She is also a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a TEDx speaker.
Serving as the sports nutritionist for multiple professional sports teams including The Philadelphia Flyers, The Philadelphia Union, US Squash, and USA Field Hockey, as well as Drexel University’s collegiate sports teams, Dr. Nyree is an internationally renowned speaker who is available for speaking engagements on sports nutrition, performance fueling, and health optimization. Her book, Nourish the Nation: A Nutrition & Wellness Revolution – How Science, Tradition, and Small Daily Changes Can Transform Health, will be published in 2025.
